The Scottish Government has launched the final burst of the Renters’ Rights campaign, which aims to inform tenants, landlords and letting agents about the ending of the emergency Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) Act on 31 March 2025.  While the emergency protection measures are ending, tenants still have the same rights as before. This campaign aims to remind tenants of those rights and feel confident about using them.
