Women’s Health Resources
To help support and empower women through every life stage, NHS Inform has dedicated Women’s Health pages which offer advice and support across a range of health topics, ensuring access to accurate information. This newsletter provides links to resources that can be used across your channels to help raise awareness of the trusted advice and support available on these pages.
Women’s Health
To help promote the Women’s Health pages, generic assets have been created which highlight women’s health topics and signpost to the pages for more information.
Resources can be downloaded from the SG Campaign Resource Centre - Women's Health
Endometriosis
Endometriosis is an often-debilitating condition which affects around 1 in 10 women throughout the UK. Women and girls are not only impacted by chronic pain and exhaustion, it can also impact their fertility, mental wellbeing and day-to-day life.
March is Endometriosis Awareness Month. To help raise awareness of the condition and common symptoms, assets have been created for you to share across your network. We hope this will help the Scottish public better understand endometriosis, to take action to support women and girls they may know who suffer from this condition, and encourage those suffering to seek help for troublesome symptoms they may have been experiencing for some time.
All campaign resources can be found via SG Campaign Resource Centre - Endometriosis Awareness Week
For more information on endometriosis please visit NHS Inform - Endometriosis
