What does it mean to be 'onside'? New Mind to Mind video and translated resources available

New video, translated and accessible campaign resources are now available for Mind to Mind.

The Mind to Mind campaign has been designed to help normalise discussions around mental health and wellbeing, and promotes the dedicated NHS inform site as a trusted resource to help people who may be facing challenges with their mental wellbeing.

As a reminder the Mind to Mind website features lived experience videos to give people the tools they need to help them manage their own mental wellbeing. The videos are bite-sized and include a range of people talking about their own challenges around mental wellbeing and what they do to cope. Topics covered include dealing with anxiety and panic, handling stress, loneliness and isolation, lifting mood, coping with money worries and moving through grief.

New campaign assets are now available and detailed below:

'What it means to be 'onside'' - Mind to Mind Video

When it comes to mental health, it’s important to remember that we’re all onside. To open up the conversation around mental health struggles and the resources available via the Mind to Mind site we sat down at the iconic Hampden Park with media personality Gail Porter, content creator Howey Ejegi, former professional footballer Zander Murray, Founder of Diversity Scotland Tony McCaffery and Founder of Street Soccer Scotland, David Duke to discuss their own personal experiences of mental health and to share what being ‘onside’ means to them.
