With summer in full swing, this is an ideal time to highlight how local communities are coming together with innovative ideas to shape Scotland’s path to a more sustainable future – leading up to Scotland’s Climate Week which runs from 29 September to 5 October.
This is your opportunity to share your organisation's sustainability story and connect with others creating positive change. We’ll be especially showcasing community projects, back-to-school sustainability, and bold climate solutions.
By sharing how organisations and communities across Scotland are coming together to champion positive environmental behaviours, we can spark hope, shift mindsets, and normalise the actions that lead to meaningful, lasting change. These stories don’t just highlight progress—they help reduce eco-anxiety by showing what’s possible.
The Scottish Climate Survey* revealed that many people feel worried (46%), powerless (35%), or sad (26%) about climate change. But there’s a powerful antidote: positive storytelling. Now is the time to shine a light on the inspiring work happening across the country. Your stories can offer practical actions and a sense of agency—helping others feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
