Supporting Families

We know that many families are facing growing financial difficulties, especially with the current cost of living pressures. As autumn sets in, these challenges can feel even more overwhelming with colder weather and longer nights, and we want to support those families.

4. Free Activities for Autumn

The summer might be over and the days might be getting shorter and colder but we have no shortage of low cost activities to keep kids of all ages busy during the autumn holidays. From nature walks and community events to craft days and library activities, there’s something for all the family to enjoy while keeping costs down.

5. Reducing Anxiety and Stress

Worrying about money while trying to keep kids healthy, happy, and engaged can be exhausting. As a result, parents often push self-care to the bottom of their to-do list. We've put together simple tips to help mums and dads reduce stress and boost their mental health and well-being.
