Social Static - 16x9 - Short-Term Lets

Short-Term Lets - 1 October Deadline Reminder

The third phase of the Short-Term Lets Licensing Marketing Campaign is live from today until 3 September. This phase continues to remind short-term let hosts of their legal obligation to obtain a licence from their local authority whilst emphasising the 1 October 2023 deadline.

The campaign includes advertising on digital and social channels, targeting potential hosts through digital targeting and links to the gov.scot/shorttermlets website where hosts can check if they need to apply for a licence. If applicable, they will be directed to the relevant local council website to find out more information and make an application.

PR will support with messaging in local and trade press.
